Mustard vegetable oil is used in Ayurveda medicine, has a slight “bite” and gives off heat, which is why we chose it for its anti-inflammatory and diuretic effect. Ivy, an excellent vasoconstrictor, has the ability to decongest tissues, by dilating them and accelerating the elimination of retained fluid.
Essential lemon oil stimulates lymphatic drainage, cleans toxins and helps reduce the build-up of fat in any part of the body. Cedarwood Atlantic (Cedrus atlantica) essential oil is excellent for restructuring and tissue toning, and is a marvellous natural anti-cellulite firming agent. The remaining components were selected to boost microcirculation and lymphatic drainage, and so mobilise localised fat and improve fluid retention, since they act as a diuretic, helping to reduce bloating and notably enhancing the appearance of the skin.
