The amount of these costs is set by the shipping company used by Izba Nature. They can be displayed at the time of payment processing, just before confirming the order.

Shipments to the European Union
: The shipping cost will be applied individually to each different European Union country and will be reflected in the shopping cart.Shipments to the Canary Islands: When selecting a Canary Islands address in the shopping cart, the VAT of the products is automatically deducted and the corresponding IGIC is added. 1.2. Order tracking

At Izba Nature we assign each order a tracking number so that your order will be located at all times. Through the courier company’s website, you will know where your order is at that moment.

Once the order has been placed, the delivery time is 24 working hours for the peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Local, regional and national holidays must be taken into account, as they are not working days, delivery times are increased by 24 hours.

In case of unavailability of any item/s of your order, Izba Nature will inform the Buyer of the new delivery time, indicating the possibility of reimbursement of the amounts paid for the specific item/s, or replacement by a good of similar characteristics of superior or same quality, at the option of the Buyer.

The Buyer is responsible for the veracity and correctness of their address data provided. In the event that there is an error in the address (in whole or in part) and a second shipment is required, the Buyer shall be responsible for the shipping cost that may be incurred.

In the event of any defect or non-conformity, the consumer may choose between repair or replacement of the affected product, unless the latter is impossible or disproportionate. It has a period of two months after becoming aware of the non-conformity. Izba Nature is liable for non-conformities that become apparent within two years of delivery. It is presumed that the lack of conformity that become apparent within six months after delivery already existed when the thing was delivered, after six months will be the consumer who has to prove that the lack of conformity existed at the time of delivery of the good.

1.5. Defective products or wrong shipments

In the event that the product is returned for lack of conformity (defective products or wrong shipments), the user shall be entitled to opt either for a refund of the amount paid or the restitution of the product for another of identical characteristics. In such cases it will be Izba Nature who will bear the cost of shipping or return of the product.

2. Right of withdrawal

.

According to the provisions of Article 103 e) of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, you can not withdraw from the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery, which means that once the product is opened, it can not be returned.

In the event that the product has not been unsealed or other products that do not fall under the exception of Article 103 e) of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, according to the law you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products, to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify the reasons or pay penalties except for shipping costs, provided that you have the consideration of Consumer and User.

All items must be returned in identical conditions to those in which they were delivered, with all their packaging and accessories, provided that this allows all necessary checks and manipulations to determine the characteristics and functionality of the products. Once we receive the goods in our warehouse, and after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made by the Buyer. The return costs will not be refunded in any case.

The extra cost of the return management costs will be paid by the user prior to the return, provided that it was returned by means other than that indicated by Izba Nature.
